Jacci Grillo Noto

As Director of Sales Northeast for Inventory Management Services with Kelley Blue Book/vAuto/Cox Automotive, Jacci Grillo Noto is responsible for coaching a team of Regional Sales Managers who serve vAuto, Kelley Blue Book, & Upside customers spanning sixteen states. In this role, she collaborates with key Cox Automotive business unit partners to help dealers acquire and manage inventory and achieve their automotive industry growth goals.

Jacci joined Cox Automotive in 2012 as an Autotrader Account Executive and was quickly promoted to New Car Product Specialist Kelley Blue Book & Autotrader (2012-2013). She became the Autotrader District Sales Manager NYC & Long Island (2014-2015); Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer Northeast Sales & Service Manager (2015-2017); Senior Manager Business Development, KBB ICO, Dealer.com, Digital Retailing (2017-2019), Director of Sales KBB ICO (2019-Present). 

Before joining Cox Automotive, Jacci served in roles at Walt Disney Corporation and Entercom New England. Her past career experience includes four years as Director Strategic Sales, WEEI.com; Breaking Sports News for Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots, Bruins; five years at Walt Disney Corporation, as Attractions Hostess at Disney MGM Studios, Promotions & Marketing Manager for New England, and On-site Station Manager, Providence for Disney Channel through Radio Disney; and Assistant Branch Manager for Citizens Bank, RI. 

Jacci is former co-owner of Noto Garlic Farm with her son, Ethan (2012-2020); currently co-owner Noto Apartment Properties and part shared owner/investor in Hudson Valley Distillers with husband, Kris. 

Jacci, a two-times cancer survivor who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Purdue University Global, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management, June 2020. She is a Level 6 Google Expert Local Guide, LinkedIn Creator, manages multiple business and personal Instagram & Facebook pages and completes an average of 15 speaking engagements per year including various conference sessions, podcast interviews, news article contributions, and keynotes focusing on Automotive, Leadership, DE&I, Personal Inspiration, Overcoming Trauma, and Teen Growth and Leadership.
